  • Alan L. Kaufman is a principal at the firm.   • John Feijoo is a principal at the firm. As an accomplished and seasoned attorney in the practice of law for over 30 years, John has represented a diverse spectrum of clients. John’s practice has primarily concentrated on representing commercial banks and financial lending institutions in all aspects of their real estate mortgage lending. He possesses a broad range of experience handling complex mortgage financing matters across the New York Tri-State area as well as throughout the United States.

    John has effectively represented hundreds of purchasers and sellers in both commercial and residential real estate transactions.

    In addition to his substantial experience in real estate financing and transactional work, John also actively practices business and corporate law where he lends his unique expertise and skills to counseling a variety of clients in business-related matters. Proficient in Spanish.
